Kroniz ("we", "us") provides a cloud ERP platform at kroniz.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
When you request a trial, demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide: company name, your name, email, phone, country and message. When you use the Kroniz platform, your organisation's business data is stored in your organisation's own isolated database.
We use contact details to respond to your request, set up your workspace and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data. Your organisation's business data is used solely to provide the service to your organisation.
Each customer organisation's data is stored in a separate database with its own credentials. Access within your workspace is controlled by roles and permissions your administrators define. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards as described in your agreement, after which it is deleted. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
